No Evangelho deste domingo, que se aproxima da Páscoa, Jesus anuncia: “se o grão do trigo não morrer, ele não dá fruto”
Crer em Jesus não é saber doutrinas, é viver aquilo que se acredita. Se nós cremos que Deus é nosso pai e que somos todos irmãos, nós temos que viver como irmãos!
Jesus usa o chicote para punir os que usam a religião, não os pecadores. Ele usa o chicote como um símbolo de que a justiça de Deus é a misericórdia, a compaixão, a proximidade dos pequenos e dos pobres
No episódio da transfiguração, Jesus mostrou que a morte não é o fim, que o sofrimento é um caminho, mas não é o fim. Pra você entender Elias e Moisés, você tem que entender Jesus
Jesus vai pra Galileia, pra borda, pra margem, pra periferia, pros esquecidos, pros rejeitados e é lá que ele prega a boa notícia de Deus, dizendo “o tempo já completou, o Reino de Deus está próximo”
Se nós queremos seguir Jesus, nós temos que tocar naqueles que ninguém quer, naqueles que ninguém se aproxima, naqueles que ninguém toca. Mas isso tem um preço…
Jesus se aproxima, segura na mão e ajuda a levantar quem está prostrado. Cada um de nós é chamado a aceitar essa proximidade e essa mão que nos segura e nos ajuda a levantar para servir
O que Jesus quer destruir? As correntes que escravizam, tudo aquilo que desumaniza; Jesus quer destruir a força do ódio e da morte
Pescar os homens é tirá-los da morte pra vida. Pescar homens é instaurar um novo tempo onde a partilha seja o sinal e o amor seja a motivação de tudo, o meio e o fim
O seguimento de Jesus não é uma teoria, é um compromisso de vida. Não adianta só falar, só anunciar, é preciso ter coerência, viver aquilo que você acredita, viver aquilo que você anuncia
